Discount Coupon

Find a new camper for Deer Crossing Camp and earn $100 plus a $100 discount coupon for the new camper! Please read through the rules for the coupon before you begin giving out coupons.

Rules:

Referral must be a new camper in 2012 and not have attended Deer Crossing previously.
New campers must be referred by past Deer Crossing campers or parents, newly registered campers or parents or Deer Crossing staff.
New campers must come for at least two weeks to be eligible for the coupon discount.
New campers do not include siblings of previous or current registered campers.
Only one discout may be applied when registering for camp. For example, campers can use either the early registration discount or the $100 discount coupon, but not both. Only one discount per camper.
To be valid, the discount coupon must be attached to the camper's application at the time of enrollment whether it be sent electronically, by regular mail, email, or faxed. The coupon must be completely filled out at the time of submission. Coupons will not be accepted after a camper has registered or if the coupon is missing information.
If a referral leaves camp early, for any reason, no referral reward will be paid.
Referral rewards will be mailed within 6 weeks of the end of camp's operating season.

Tips on referring new campers:

Encourage a referred camper to sign up as early as possible or the session they want may be filled. In which case you would not earn the $100 referral reward.
Bring a new camper to a camp slide show, dates are online.

Early Bird Discounts (may not be combined and are not applicable to Leadership programs):

Full payment by December 15, 2011:

$200 discount for each two-week session
$100 discount for each one-week session

Deposit by February 15, 2012 (full payment must be made by May 1, 2012):

$100 discount for each two-week session

Standard rates apply after February 15, 2012.

Sibling Discount: $50 off a two-week session.
